Low cavitation allowance magnetic driven multi-stage self-priming centrifugal pump

Using the principle of lateral passage, the open "star" impeller is hydraulically balanced and closed between the suction port and the exhaust port plate to form a pumping stage.
The stages are installed in series to provide proportionally higher discharge pressures at constant capacity.
The impellers are individually hydraulically balanced, thus eliminating end thrust on the bearings.
Mechanical seals are standard and comply with BS EN 12756 standards. Optional dual mechanical seals back-to-back or tandem. A cooled or heated sealed enclosure may be provided.
The number of components can be reduced through design innovation.
A variety of materials are available to meet specific requirements.
The flow rate can reach 70 m3/h and the head can reach 40 bar.
