IU is a new series of compact high vacuum kits that can guarantee an operating vacuum of up to 5 mbar and a capacity of up to 2500 m3/h.

Function

the coupling between the liquid ring pump and the booster is controlled by dvd2. DVD<> is a proprietary PLC that can optimize its operation, starting from atmospheric pressure to maximum vacuum, following a series of easy-to-set parameters.

Technical Details

• the combination of Roots, LRVP and DVD2 minimizes the installation and absorbed power in the application. Compared with traditional systems, the cost savings are considerable and can be in the range of 30-40%.

• Comprehensively prevent the supercharger from seizing, which may be caused by overheating and may be caused when its operation exceeds the allowable limit. The temperature control is performed by monitoring the compression ratio.

• The roots speed is controlled by the inverter, which receives the signal from the PLC. UKBERT ensure that the plant is optimized for optimum efficiency.
