High vacuum booster
the positive displacement blower is an "oil-free" Cam pump, suitable for air or non-corrosive/non-explosive gases, suitable for operation with a maximum back pressure of 1000 mbar and a maximum vacuum of -500 mbar at the time of discharge, within the allowable temperature limit.
the air-cooled (EG) exhaust fan is an "oil-free" rotor pump, suitable for air or non-corrosive/non-explosive gases, suitable for operation with a maximum vacuum of -0.85 mbar within the allowable temperature limit.
the three-lobe rotor is an evolution of the classic two-lobe design, shaped like an "eight". This design ensures higher bending stiffness and lower pulsation amplitude, thereby reducing vibration. The economic advantage of bearing life is considerable. Compressor noise is also significantly reduced.
Synchronous gears are surface hardened and tempered. The gears are precisely ground to ensure the best timing. The "long appendix" involute design provides maximum efficiency with virtually silent mechanical operation.
The pump body, oil pan and cover are assembled with flat gaskets to ensure maximum tightness. This improves reliability and reduces maintenance costs.
The sealing of the rotor is achieved by Labyrinth seals, which do not touch and therefore do not cause friction. This is very suitable for high rotational speeds of the rotor. This solution saves money due to the reduction of energy dissipation and the absence of any other expensive cooling systems.
