BC series Machine -1/2 "pneumatic diaphragm pump

BC series machine 1/2 "series pneumatic diaphragm pumps are specially designed for applications where the pump can be integrated as part of the machine to control liquid output in metering and metering applications.

The device is remotely controlled by PLC and solenoid valve, and a regulated amount of air is injected into each diaphragm through two central air inlets. The pump has no central air exchanger and only one shaft in the central block.

The external PLC controls the speed, number of cycles, switching points and the amount of air delivered to the pump.

Typical fluids for such pump designs include inks, chemicals, glues and adhesives, liquid slurries containing solid particles, gels, resins, fuels, oils, and Grout.

The accuracy of the pump is determined by the volume of each chamber. In applications that require high metering accuracy, they are usually used in conjunction with flow meters.

Based on the same design of our existing horizontally opposed design, the diaphragm can be used in a variety of materials, including NBR, San Douping, EPDM, Hytrel and PTFE.

This series of pumps is truly versatile, capable of handling viscosities up to 20000cp and solid passages up to 4mm, making it suitable for handling a variety of fluids far beyond the capabilities of other pump types. It also has a very gentle pumping action, making it ideal for handling shear-sensitive fluids.

The diaphragm pump comes standard with Atex zone 2 standard, which means it is suitable for operation in unsafe and potentially flammable environments. If required, the pump can be used as an option for Atex zone 1 environments. The AODD pump can also operate in high humidity environments, which may cause problems for other pumps equipped with electric motors.

BC  series the machine pneumatic diaphragm pump can run dry for a long time, and can vertically self-Prim up to 4m from the beginning of drying, but can be filled up to 9.5m when wet. The flow rate of the diaphragm pump can be changed very easily by PLC, so as to achieve accurate flow rate when needed. The flow rate of the device is up to 60L/min.

The device also offers UHMWPE / PE1000 (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene), which has excellent corrosion resistance, high impact strength and self-lubricating properties.
