pumps shall be designed for use with non-corrosive and non-explosive liquids, sewage/wastewater containing solids or fibers.
The pump shall have non-clogged, semi-open or closed impeller, cast iron FG260 (standard supply), CF8 and CF8M, stainless steel shaft, suitable for pumping liquids up to 50 degrees. C.
The pump shall be equipped with double mechanical shaft seals, and the material of construction at the pump end shall be SiC/SiC/Viton/SS 316.
The pump is closely coupled with the dry submersible motor, with F-class insulation, IP 68 protection level, epoxy sealed cable inlet, S1 working system is fully immersed, S3 working system is partially immersed, suitable for three-phase, 415V, 50Hz power supply.
All cast iron parts should be coated with CED (cathodic electrode deposition) to achieve corrosion resistance, uniform coating and controlled deposition thickness of 20-30 microns.
