Maximum flexibility in handling sealing fluids. Under standard conditions, compared with the previous USNC series, the flow of sealing fluid required by the USNY series is reduced by 40%, which greatly saves operating costs. In applications requiring the suction of large sealing liquid flows, the pump has an enhanced higher sealing liquid flow capacity.
Stainless steel port plate with laser cut Port profile. This solution makes the port plates wear-free and the laser cut ports guarantee the best performance of the designed profiles. The improvement of pump working economy is very obvious.
An innovative anti-cavitation system derived from the USWY series. The injection port is very close to the suction port, which improves the highest working vacuum and ensures higher efficiency in the entire pump vacuum range. Through this solution, the operating costs of the pump can be reasonably reduced.
The flow rate is up to 300 m3/h and the vacuum degree is up to 33 mbar.
