these pumps are manufactured with fewer parts than are typically required. Fewer parts increase the rigidity and toughness of the pump, they are easier to assemble, and maintenance is very convenient.
The shaft length is greatly reduced, thereby eliminating the potential danger of shaft deflection and vibration to mechanical seals, which will increase seal and bearing wear.
All pumps use uniform mechanical seals that comply with DIN 24960 standards. Double mechanical seal (tandem or back-to-back) or integrated mechanical seal structures are also available upon request.
In addition to standard materials, UKBERT pumps also provide special special materials, such as Ni-Resist D2B, Hastelloy B or C, Uranus B6, etc. to meet specific requirements.
The flow rate is up to 3500 m3/h and the vacuum degree is up to 150 mbar.
